Once a week, our food truck delivers hot, prepared meals in the rural areas. We call this initiative “moving buffet”. We serve traditional, organic meals, from rice and beans, to Souo Joumou, boiled plantains, yams to roasted chicken, salads, legumes also known as ratatouille, Bouillon, and roasted goat.
